Can I change /cancel my order?

We are not able to cancel an order after it has confirmed through our system and payment has been received.

I’ve provided the wrong delivery address, am I able to change this?

If you have accidentally provided us with wrong delivery information,please do alert us as soon as possible and we can change this for you.If your order has been dispatched already,unfortunately is out of our hands and we suggest that you contact the courier to arrange a redirection for delivery.

How do I check my order status?

For any tracking enquiries,please do so via shipping carrier website with the tracking number provided to you in your order confirmation email.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing of orders. After dispatch your order will arrive within 7-14 business days. At times delays can occur, which are outside our control, and which we are not liable for. If you have a delayed parcel, please reach out to the shipping carrier initially with your tracking number as they will have the most up to date info.
