You have 14 days from the day your delivery arrived to send them back to us. Items for return must be returned new for hygiene reasons, unused and with tags still attached. It is down to company’s discretion to return items due to sizing. Return that are damaged, stained, washed or altered by the customers will not be accepted and will be sent back to customers. Item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in original packaging.
If you have received the wrong item, item has arrived damaged or faulty, an item is missing from package, please send over your order number and an image of the item to ladio@ladiofashion.com and we will have this sorted for the customers. Our team will investigate the aforementioned issues. Please note, return will depend on our discretion. If we allow customers to return, return shipping is at customers expense.
It is the consumers duty to purchase a fully tracked shipping label to return to the address our ‘team’ will provide you with. Return shipping is at customers expense. Please provide us with the details of the tracking as an evidence of shipment. In case, the shipment did not arrive the company takes no obligation and liability for the loss.
We are not able to cancel an order after it has confirmed through our system and payment has been received. Sale items include items purchased with a discount are not eligible for return.
If you have received a gift and would like to return it, the person who originally purchased the gift will have to contact us. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be received and processed. We will email you a confirmation once your return has been processed. Within 60 days from the return date(delivery date), refunds will be credited back via original payment method.
If any of the terms above are breached by the customers, refund is deemed to be unsuccessful. Refunds are strictly within the company’s discretion.
